This is a performance contest for high school and middle school students studying French in the state of Kentucky and Southern Indiana. Students will work as a team (2 minimum / 5 maximum) to produce a 1-3-minute video in French expressing music\, theater\, poetry\, or a story. \nThree monetary prizes will be awarded by the AFL committee to the participating teacher to be used for French activities with students: \nGrand Prix                          $500 \nDeuxième Prix                  $250 \nTroisième Prix                  $100 \nThe winning videos will be shared on the AFL website and social media channels\, including YouTube and Instagram. \nEligibility\nHigh school and middle school students in the state of Kentucky are eligible to participate in the competition\, as well as students in a southern Indiana county that borders Jefferson County\, Kentucky. \nEach team must be sponsored by at least one current French teacher. Parental consent required upon submission (see below). \nRules\nAll submissions must adhere to the rules below.
