As we approach la Fête des Rois many look forward to the beloved holiday treat, la galette des rois, a French frangipane cake made in the new year to celebrate Epiphany or Kings’ Day.
AFL will be offering a Galette de Rois Cooking Class, which will include beverages and charcuterie for the attendees to enjoy while they learn to make this favorite from French-native, Julien Marechaux. He will share a bit of background on la Fête des Rois and how he celebrated in his family.
