Course Description: Looking to confidently solidify the A2-level skills you’ve been building? This 10-week A2 Review course helps you strengthen your reading, writing, listening, and speaking abilities through engaging communicative activities and practical, project-based learning.

Throughout the course, students will revisit essential grammar and vocabulary, develop clearer and more accurate communication strategies, and build confidence using the language in everyday situations. Interactive tasks, real-life scenarios, and collaborative projects ensure that learning is both meaningful and enjoyable.

By the end of the course, students will be better prepared for B1-level study and more comfortable using the language in daily interactions

All registrations completed after January 10th will incur a $25 administrative late fee. The current price reflects this late fee.

Course Enrollment Policies

• Adults registering for courses must be members of Alliance Française de Louisville. Membership (at student rate) may be purchased at time of registration.
• Private lesson students and children are not subject to the mandatory membership policy. They are nonetheless encouraged to become members of AFL.
• Tuition must be paid before attendance at first class.
• Late registration will incur a $25 administrative fee.
• Each course is offered as a whole. There is no proration—e.g., for attendance at selected class meetings.
• Withdrawals are subject to the following refund terms:
  • A $50.00 withdrawal fee will be deducted from the amount of all refunds and tuition credits to cover our administrative costs.
  • Students must withdraw no later than (2) two weeks before a course session begins to receive a refund of course fees only (The membership and the cost of any purchased course materials are non-refundable). Students who withdraw after this two-week period, but before the end of the second week of a 10-week course session will receive a credit equal to 75% of tuition paid after subtracting for our withdrawal fee and elapsed classes.
  • No credit for previously paid course fees will be issued after the second week of 10-week classes. For other types of courses (5-week, 3-week mini-session, summer camps or workshops) the time period for partial tuition credits will be reduced as follows: For 5 or 3 week classes before the end of the first week, for summer camps before the second day of the camp, for workshops, two business days before the scheduled class.
• No refunds or credits can be granted for classes that a student misses.
• AFL reserves the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment (3 students minimum).
• Classes are cancelled if JCPS has cancelled. Any missed class due to inclement weather will be rescheduled.
