Membership FAQs
All memberships are good for one year after purchase, which means that you only need to purchase a membership once a year, regardless of the type of membership.
As long as your membership is active, you can take classes without having to purchase an additional membership, as well as participate in our AFL activities at the member price (which is often free!).
All memberships are good for one year (12 months) after the date of purchase.
When a membership expires, you may renew your membership online, over the phone, or in person.
If you purchase a group or family membership, please send us the names of other adults (18 years old or older) who should be included in the membership. We can add those people to your membership so they appear as active members in our system.
All members in a group or family membership have the same membership expiration date as the member who purchased the membership, regardless of when they were added to our system.
Memberships are not refundable. If you wish to discontinue a membership, you can let it expire without renewing it.
If you want to change the type of membership you have, please contact our office. We can work with you to give you credit for an existing membership toward an upgraded membership.
