Office Administrator

The Alliance Française of Louisville is currently seeking a part-time (10-15 hours/week) office administrator to handle routine tasks in the office.

Requirements include:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Knowledge of general computer use, including Google Workspace apps (Docs, Sheets, Drive), email, website & social media platforms (such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram).
  • Fluent and accurate use of spoken and written English.
  • Available to work regular hours at least three weekdays every week, as well as Saturday morning.
  • Ability to complete assigned tasks independently (without direct supervision) and multi-task as appropriate.
  • Must be a US citizen or have a valid work permit to work legally in the US.

The ability to speak French is preferred, but not required.

Instructors

The Alliance Française de Louisville is currently seeking experienced French teachers for in-class, online, and private courses.

  • Minimum 2 years of teaching experience.
  • FLE or French language teaching degree preferred.
  • Part-time, hourly positions only.
  • Must be located in Kentucky/Southern Indiana.

Internship

We always welcome interns who are interested in gaining job experience in office work (including Google Workspace and email), web design, or social media. Knowledge of French is highly recommended for this position. Please note: this is an unpaid position with the possibility of expansion of role.
