Celtic Cross Walk

Anne Harlan will be leading four walking tours through Cave Hill Cemetery this Spring. Cave Hill Cemetery is rich with Louisville’s history, stories, and symbols which Anne shares, along with French vocabulary and excerpts. The walks on April 27th and 28th will focus on the Celtic Cross. Anne will take the group along a route to see the beautiful crosses within Cave Hill while diving into the stories, traditions, and history with corresponding French vocabulary.
These walks are approximately 3.5 miles, and may be considered arduous.
Attendees will meet at the Cave Hill entrance off Baxter Ave. and will receive a folder with informational handouts to accompany the walk.
In the past, the group has met for lunch and conversation afterwards at the Bristol or the Eagle.
