Cave Hill Historic Walking Tours (register below)
Spring Walk : Route 1
MAY 18th | 10:30
Anne Harlan will be leading four walking tours through Cave Hill Cemetery this Spring. Cave Hill Cemetery is rich with Louisville’s history, stories, and symbols which Anne shares, along with French vocabulary and excerpts. The walks on May 18th and 19th will highlight the incredible beauty Spring brings to the hundreds of plants, flowers, trees, and shrubs within Cave Hill. A beautiful opportunity to learn some French words and phrases for Spring (or share your favorite!).
These walks are approximately 3.5 miles, and may be considered arduous.
Attendees will meet at the Cave Hill entrance off Baxter Ave. and will receive a folder with informational handouts to accompany the walk.
In the past, the group has met for lunch and conversation afterwards at the Bristol or the Eagle.
