Description: Join us for a spectacular Speaker Series presentation with Mélisse Brunet, one of the five finalists featured in the documentary Maestra (showing at the AFL Jan. 12th). As an internationally acclaimed orchestra conductor, Mélisse will share her journey and experiences in the world of classical music and conducting. Originally from Paris, she will also reflect on her participation in the La Maestra competition, held in the heart of her home city. Wine and light snacks will be provided.
