This course helps you strengthen your reading, writing, listening, and speaking abilities through engaging communicative activities and practical, project-based learning, with more emphasis on communicating with native speakers in more complex situations. September 19 - November 21, 2026 | Saturday | 11 AM - 12 PM Prof: Animata Thioune Location: AFL Office | 9505 Williamsburg Plaza, Suite 101 Course Description: Aimed at children aged 6-10 who are beginners in the French language, our youngest students will be exposed to a new world of sounds and words which they will learn and retain through association and multi-sensory learning. They will learn basic greetings, counting at least to ten, and vocabulary for animals, family members, and more, through music, dance, crafts, play, and other age-appropriate activities.Contact our office (bonjour@aflouisville.org or 502-420-0800) if you prefer to pay by check or cash. After submitting the registration, please email us (bonjour@aflouisville.org) with the name of each child registered. This allows us to have their names on the roster when class starts.
